RADISSON KAUAI BEACH RESORT ANNOUNCES
VALUE-ORIENTED FAMILY TRAVEL PACKAGE FOR SUMMER

LIHUE, KAUAI, HAWAII - The Radisson Kauai Beach Resort, a deluxe hotel located on a three-mile stretch of beach on “Kauai’s right side” (the eastern shore), has announced a new summer travel package offering a special value specifically for families.

The new “Stay Together/Play Together Family Package” is designed for families of up to four people (no more than two adults) sharing the same room. Children must be under 18 years old, using existing bedding in the room. The package includes hotel accommodations and daily breakfast for all family members.

The “Stay Together/Play Together” package price presents an excellent value for families, including breakfast but priced at less than the room-only rack rate. The package price is $199 per night for a Mountain/Garden View Room, $229 per night for Pool View, or $259 for Ocean View. (Rack rates for those rooms would ordinarily be $259, $289 and $329 respectively.) A minimum three-night stay is required to qualify for the “Stay Together/Play Together” package, which is available for stays from June 1 through September 5, 2005. Package rates are per night, based on an occupancy of four people (two adults/two children) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Families on the “Stay Together/Play Together” package are invited to “play” at the hotel with a variety of complimentary services and activities, including a nightly Manager’s Cocktail Party, torchlighting ceremony and pool-side Polynesian dance show. Introductory lessons in surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking and snorkeling are offered to guests on a
complimentary basis at the hotel’s pool. In addition, the resort features a boutique spa and fitness center, tennis courts (complimentary to guests), and a “super pool” complex made up of four swimming pools set amidst waterfalls and grottoes.

The Beach Services hut offers a variety of pool and beach rental equipment, including snorkel gear, beach toys and children’s flotation devices. Other activities are offered throughout the week for family members of all ages to enjoy, such as lei-making classes, fish and duck feeding on the resort grounds, coconut painting, hula lessons, yoga classes and other arts, crafts and cultural programs (fee for some of these activities).

The Radisson also offers guests complimentary shuttle service to and from nearby golf courses and the Lihue Airport. The airport shuttle is particularly convenient for guests who want to turn in their rental car and enjoy the hotel property all day before catching an evening flight out.

Visitors are truly on “Kauai’s right side” at the Radisson Kauai Beach Resort. The 25-acre beachfront property is centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore, providing the ideal home-base for families to explore all of Kauai--known as the Island of Discovery.

The resort is located halfway to Princeville and Hanalei (to the north) and halfway to Poipu and Waimea Canyon (to the south), and is just minutes from the airport and such famous attractions as Wailua Falls, the Sleeping Giant and the Fern Grotto. Many tours and activities are available from the surrounding area, including helicopter excursions, river kayaking and world-class golf. In addition, there are more shopping and dining options here than in any other region of the island.
