CALGARY, AB. (May 21, 2001) – Between May 28 and September 7, 2001, visitors who stay frequently at any Travelodge or Thriftlodge location in Canada will receive their choice of premium items offered through a partnership with Hasbro Canada games.

Visitors who are members of the Travelodge Miles guest loyalty program, and who spend six nights within the promotional period will be invited to choose either the Game of Life or the Junior Edition of Monopoly. Travelodge Miles members who stay 10 nights during the promotion period will receive the Canadian Edition of Monopoly.

Guests who are not members of the Travelodge Miles program will receive the same offer when they stay eight nights for the Game of Life or Junior Edition of Monopoly, or stay 12 nights for the Canadian Edition of Monopoly. Stays do not have to be consecutive or even at the same location.

The Canadian Edition of Monopoly and the Junior Edition of Monopoly are available in bilingual game-play editions, and the Game of Life is available in either French or English editions.

Travelodge Miles is the guest rewards program from Travelodge. Guests are rewarded with ten Travelodge Miles for each qualifying lodging dollar they spend each time they stay at a participating Travelodge or Thriftlodge location. Guests may redeem their points for free night stays, airline frequent flyer miles, merchandise or gift certificates.

Upon completion of the required night stays, guests will receive their choice of promotion items directly from the property.
