Wet Pets- Weekends from November 23-December 24, daily from December 26 to January 5. Back by popular demand, Wet Pets makes a splashy encore. If you're into wet pets (fish, reptiles, and amphibians), and other cool creatures, the Aquarium is the place to be. The wacky and wonderful wet pet vet returns to offer advice on how to choose a pet that's right for your home-and find out which ones don't belong in anybody's home.
 
Beluga Bash-December 26-January 5. Join us for Tuvaq's first Christmas with Beluga Bash. Complete with scavenger hunts, scuba divers, puppet shows, crafts, and more, the galleries will be buzzing with holiday activities.  Plus-with every donation to the Marine Mammal Rescue Program-you'll have a chance to win a Trainer Tour for four, or dozens of other prizes. 
 
Diver's Weekend- January 18 & 19, 2003. Divers Weekend showcases scuba diving in BC, highlighting underwater archaeology, artificial reefs, and championship breath-hold diving. The Historical Diving Society of Canada presents a c.1950's Helmetted diver in the Shark Exhibit.  Other activities include dive shows with the animals, and activities for kids including touch tables, crafts, skits and scuba-mask face painting. On the 18th, an all day Scuba Safety Symposium deals with safety issues surrounding coldwater diving.
