As a dedicated Horse Owner and in light of the recent death of a promising young event horse and the injuries sustained by an Ontario Event Rider hit by a vehicle on a rural road, we have taken the unprecedented steps of promoting the safety of drivers, riders and horses using our roads in an effort to educate road users.
