Bayview Wildwood Resort has
an exciting range of recreational activities and the Family
Vacation Packages make it easy to plan and enjoy a memorable
family vacation or special weekend getaway. Family Vacation Packages
include family programs and three meals a day starting with
dinner on arrival day and breakfast on departure day.

Summer at Bayview Wildwood Resort
|
What better way to spend your summer than with a week lying on a
beach in Muskoka? During the summer season the Resort offers five and
seven night packages as well as weekend and nightly packages. Each
package includes meals, children’s programming, recreation activities
and facilities as well as evening entertainment. Also offered are times
in which children stay and eat free! See

Rain or shine, the resorts recreation staff provide plenty to see and do.
During the summer months, children’s programming runs Monday to Saturday
9:30am to 11:30pm, again from 1:30pm to 3:30pm and 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Fully
supervised programs offered include Infant Nursery for ages 6 months to 35
months. Kinderfun for ages 3 to 5 and Kids Club for ages 6 through 8. Programs
for Youth ages 9 to 12, as well as Teen/Adult also run daily. |
Spring and Fall at Bayview Wildwood Resort
|
The spring and fall seasons offer boat cruises,
evening campfire, health and fitness programs, arts and crafts, and a
host of activities from the recreation centre. The indoor recreation
centre houses an exercise room, indoor pool and hot tub, change rooms,
squash courts, table tennis, and billiards. |
Along with organized recreation activities, there are also plenty of
activities you and your family can do at your leisure. Choose from hiking,
cycling or just relax and unwind in front of our fireplace in the Crusader
Lounge. |
Programs are not scheduled on departure
days of the Family Vacation Packages. For more
information on rates and dates for Family Vacation Packages Order
Brochure. Children's Rates and special 1 and 2 child free
dates are available.
Tuesdays Are Free
|
Come and stay on "weekdays" through the spring, fall or winter seasons
and get the Tuesday night free on any three-night stay. (Not available
during the Christmas or March school breaks). |
With the Tuesday Free, the total cost for a three-night stay ranges from $196
to $246 per adult depending on the room you choose (taxes and gratuity extra)
- including breakfast and dinner daily. |
Special Family Vacations
On the Thanksgiving and Victoria Day long weekends you can treat your
family to a weekend full of organized activities, entertainment and
events for all ages. Watch for "Children Free" specials throughout the
spring and fall seasons.

Christmas and New Year’s also brings a special time for families and friends
to come together and enjoy the winter season. Packages include recreation
activities, three meals a day, children’s programming, and evening
entertainment. There are lots of outdoor family activities such as
ice-skating,
cross country skiing, tobogganing, and snowshoeing.

Summertime, Special
Weekends, Christmas and March Break family entertainment
programming feature a host of events. Children's
Shows may include magic shows, wildlife animals and
theater shows. Special
adult entertainment may feature live music theatre,
dances, comedy and musical revues.

like the waterski show, fireside sing-song, treasure hunt
and other family activities can be enjoyed by the whole
family.

WINTER
OUTFITTING

The Winter Outfitting Centre provides plenty of ways
to enjoy all winter has offer. Grab some
cross-country skis or snowshoes to tour the nature
trail.

Play a game of Broomball or go skating on
the rink. Kids will love going for a toboggan
ride.

For the more adventurous, enjoy a guided snowmobile
tour or ice fishing with a local outfitter.

CHILDREN'S
PROGRAMS
Let the trained staff at Bayview
Wildwood Resort supervise, entertain and amuse your
children with the many programs and activities available
during the Summer, Special Weekends, Christmas and March
Break. Register your children on
check-in. Kids ages 3-14 will receive a special
colour-coded Souvenir Vacation Bracelet that lets staff
know which program they will be participating in.
These programs are not offered during Leisure Package
Weekends.

Nursery Program
(Summer only)
Ages
6 months to 2 years
Early Childhood
Education students and graduates will take special care of
your little ones in the fully equipped nursery from 9:00
am to 12:00 noon and again from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
|
In-Room Childcare
Private caregivers can be
hired for infant children on a pay-as-you-go basis during Fall,
Winter and Spring Family Vacation Package times or for an
evening out. Caregivers can also take
advantage of the Kinderfun facilities during operating hours.
|

Kinderfun
Ages
3-5
The Kinderfun
program is a fully supervised program located in their
own building, where kids can play or take part in
arts, crafts and games indoors in air conditioned
comfort and, weather permitting, enjoy the outdoor
fenced play area, walks and games.
|
Kids Club
Ages 6-8
This fully supervised
program provides a mix of outdoor and indoor games, events
and activities that take advantage of the Resort's
recreation facilities. Theme days add to this
socially interactive club.
|

Bayview Youth
Ages 9-12
The Youth Program
provides this group with a less structured and more
exciting social environment. These kids can come
and go as they please while participating in events
and activities that reach a little closer to the
"extreme" and make ample use of the Resort's
outdoor facilities.

In addition to the adult
programs and facilities at the Resort, special teen get
togethers during the summer are planned especially for

place for adults to relax, sip a cocktail on the outdoor terrace,
and enjoy evening entertainment. As well, adults have the option to

on the Walter’s Terrace. |

| The Echo’s Dining Lounge offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast and lunch are offered as buffet style, and dinner is
served off a rotating menu. There is also a daily option of the
